How do I get started with Retailix?
Simply click the 'Get Started' button on our home page and fill out the demo request. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to set up your restaurant and provide your custom QR codes.
Are there any upfront hardware costs?
No! Retailix is a zero-hardware system. You can use your existing printer or dashboard. You only need to print the QR codes for your tables.
How do payments work?
We are integrated with Razorpay. Payments go directly from the guest's mobile wallet/card to your bank account. We don't hold your funds.
Is it compatible with my existing POS?
Retailix can work alongside any POS. We also offer API integrations for major POS systems to sync orders automatically.
