Transaction Clarity

At Retailix, we facilitate digital payments through our integration with Razorpay. Once an order is confirmed and the payment is successful, the transaction is considered final. However, we acknowledge that exceptional circumstances may arise.

Eligible Scenarios

Refunds may be initiated under the following conditions:

  • System Errors: Duplicate payments or billing errors caused by Retailix software.
  • Non-Fulfillment: Instances where the restaurant is unable to process the order after payment.
  • Cancelled Orders: Orders cancelled by the restaurant due to inventory or technical issues.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through our payment gateway partner. Depending on your bank's policies, the credited amount should reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Resolve Disputes

If you believe you've been wrongly charged or have issues with your order, we recommend speaking with the restaurant management first. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact Retailix support with your Order ID and transaction details.
