By accessing the Retailix platform via QR scan or web browser, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

You may use Retailix solely to view digital menus and place orders at participating restaurants. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt the platform's security or performance.
- Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data.
- Impersonate other users or provide false information during checkout.
Liability & Warranty
Retailix provides an ordering interface "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we do not warrant that the service will be error-free. Restaurants are solely responsible for the quality, preparation, and delivery of food items ordered through the platform.
Termination
Retailix reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or business interests.
